All meeting participants must register for the event via the online registration form below.

Early Bird registration has been extended until 21st June 2016. Final deadline 15th July 2016.

Registration fees include: welcome reception, scientific sessions, programme and abstract book, Tuesday excursion, lunches and coffee/tea breaks, and Potatoes in Practice (conference dinner and Sunday tour are extra and optional).

Accompanying persons fees include: welcome reception, Tuesday excursion and Potatoes in Practice (conference dinner and Sunday tour are extra and optional). Please note that this will exclude the scientific sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks and there will be no additional programme organised for accompanying persons.

Day Delegate fees include (Wednesday 10th August only): scientific sessions, programme and abstract book, lunch and coffee/tea breaks (conference dinner is extra and optional).

  • *** Please note that the Drinks Reception, Conference Tour and Potatoes in Practice (PiP) will not be available to Day Delegates (Wednesday 10th August) through the conference, although Day Delegates can attend PiP privately at no extra charge.

The items listed below are the Standard rates and apply until 15th July 2016. Delegates should select only one option below

To cancel your registration, send an email stating your intent to cancel.

  • Requests received by June 7th 2016 will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Requests received by June 21st 2016 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Requests received after June 21st 2016 cannot be processed.

Conference Options
Delegates should select between none and all of the options below. Please note that we need these numbers in order to reserve places and book transport etc. If you wish to attend these events please be sure to reserve your place now (even if you have registered for the whole conference) as it may not be possible to add them later. * Potatoes in Practice is not available to Day Delegates through the EAPR conference but the event may be attended privately (no food or transport to or from the event will be available to Day Delegates)
Payment Options
If you wish to receive an invoice for more than one delegate please include their name(s) here. Please note that each delegate should complete and submit a separate registration form, with each form including the name(s) of those to be included on the invoice as well as the person to receive the invoice.

All payments will carry a 4.5% administration charge that will be added to the total cost of your registration. Payment of conference fees is an acceptance of our 'cancellation policy' (see above).

LETTER OF INVITATION

Upon request, the Organising Committee will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the meeting.

It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.
